Police DobbSPet arrested the shooter and driver Anantkumar Hegde, a former deputy, for an alleged assault on a 28 -year -old entrepreneur on Monday’s incident on the road.
Mr. Hege was also appointed as accused number three in the first information report.
Both and the former deputy are heading to Bengalur of Tumacur, where they faced Saif Khan, entrepreneurs from Nelamangala and his family who returned home.
The family reportedly did not allow the SUV of the former Member of Pass, even though the driver retreated several times. The driver and the shooter, the police constantly, faced Saif Khan, allegedly pulled him out of his car and attacked him, resulting in an entrepreneur’s injury and lost her tooth.
The family, along with other passers -by, stopped the SUV and informed the police, who plunged into the place and took the accused at the station.
Based on the complaint, the police arrested the driver and shooter who accused them of attacking and intimidation. Initially, Mr. Hege was not booked, but the victim’s family insisted on being reserved and claiming that it was the one who stimulated the attack said sources.
The last time Mr. Hegde was in the office of the police representative of the Nelamangala and was questioned even if he was not arrested.
The accused were charged according to sections 117 (voluntarily causing injuries), 126 (incorrect restriction), 74 (attack or use of criminal force against a woman with the intention of outraging her modesty), 351/4 (criminal intimidation) and deliberate insults that cause peace disruption), 20233, 2023, 20233, 2023, 2023.
