Sacred Heart School wins CBSE Science Festival

Sacred Heart Senior Secondary School, Kottakkal won the overall topper in the CBSE Science and Skills Festival, Synergy ’26, organized by Malappuram Sahodaya School Complex, Kottakkal on Saturday (September 19).

Sacred Heart School scored 340 points to finish first. Peace Public School, Kottakkal, finished second with 288 points, while Straightpath International School, Panakkad, secured the third position with 275 points.

The festival was organized with the aim of developing the scientific thinking and creative skills of students and introducing them to the latest developments in science and technology.

Sahodaja Malappuram Region President M. Abdul Nazar distributed the prizes at the closing ceremony. The ceremony was presided over by the General Convener and Principal of Sacred Heart School Sr. Ancilla George.

Malappuram General Secretary Sahodaya M. Jauhar distributed individual trophies. Sahodaya representatives Nirmala Chandran, P. Nisar Khan, Shibili CKM, IV Rathi, Beena Chandrasekharan, S. Smitha, Sajna and P. Deepa, Head of Science Department of Sacred Heart School Anjana K. and Rose Mary spoke.

A natural history exhibition was part of the festival.
