The indigo pilot based in Tamil Nadu became the latest popular Internet after the video of its announcement became viral. Captain Pradeep Krishhnan, who flew with a plane tied to the patna, left passengers who smiled with their slight attempt to speak Hindi.
In the now viral clip, the captain can hear the greeting of passengers with: “Sabka Namascar Hai. Mera Hindi Sundar Hai, SAB modifies Kar Lega.” He then explained the turbulence in his own in a funny way: “UPPAR Main, 3,000 feet PE… Thoda turbulence, Daga Daga Daga Daga Kareg.
The cabin soon filled with laughter when the passengers appreciated his efforts to connect with them in his language, not his own.
The video quickly spread to social media and praises Captain Krishhnan for his humility and a sense of humor.
One user commented: “That’s very cute. Full brands for trying to speak a language that is not your mother tongue.”
Others wrote: “Captain – Aapki Hindi Bohot Sundar Hai. The important thing is that you got a message across. Everyone had to listen carefully.”
The third person added: “I really appreciate it and I hope people will extend the same patience when someone speaks English like this.”
Others celebrated a moment as a reflection of Indian diversity. “Too cute! We need more such moments for years … Annex Mein Ekta (unity in diversity),” one user wrote.
The clip continues to attract admiration online, and many call it a refreshing reminder that communication is more about a connection than perfection.
