Former English captain Michael Vaughan suggested that Chennai Super Kings must make a major change in their launch order by promoting Captain Ruturaj Gaikwad to open the place of Rahul Tripathi, who has so far fought in IPL 2025.
Vaughan talked to Cricbuzz and emphasized Tripathi’s great show this season and insisted CSK must earn on Gaikwad’s formIt saw him score 63 vs RR by letting him open. Vaughan said the team needed a change in access to discourage after winning only one of his three matches in IPL 2025.
