TULSI National Intelligence Director Gabbard lit a political fire on Wednesday (July 23), claiming that former President Barack Obama and his National Security team created a “devised narrative” that interfered with Russia in 2016 to help Donald Trump.
“There is an irrefutable evidence that describes in detail how President Obama and his National Security Team have ordered the creation of an intelligence community that they knew were false,” Gabbard said during the tense White House press briefing. “They knew it would promote this fictional story … to sell it to the American people as if it were true. It wasn’t.”

Gabbard’s claims are followed by the publication of newly declassified intelligence documents, which, according to her, reveal the efforts of Obama’s administration to politicize intelligence information. She said the materials show that there was no direct information that shows that Russian President Vladimir Putin actively supported Trump in 2016.
“All (documents) are returning and confirmed by the same report: there has been a gross politicization and manipulation of the intelligence of Obama administration intention to delegitimize President Trump before opening,” Gabbard said. “Finally, they tried to usurp the will of the American people.”
Recommendations to the Doz and FBI
Gabbard confirmed that the declassified material was assigned to the federal coercive authorities for further investigation.
“We have referred and we will continue to submit all these documents to the Ministry of Justice and the FBI,” she said. “The evidence we found out and that we have published directly points to the President Obama, who leads the production of this rating. There are several evidence and intelligence that confirm this.”
Trump joins the accusation
The day earlier, President Donald Trump directly accused Obama of being a “leader” behind the Russian probe 2016, and escalated his long -term claim that the investigation was politically motivated.

On Friday, Gabbard said in her explosive claim that former President Barack Obama and the older members of his administration organized a “betrayal conspiracy” to delegate Donald Trump before the 2016 presidential elections.
“No matter how powerful, every person involved in this conspiracy must be investigated and prosecuted in full extent,” Gabbard said in a statement. “We have to ensure that nothing like this has ever happened.”
Oder Memo names former Chiefs of Intelligence
The issued Memorandum from the Office of the National Intelligence Director (ODNI) identifies several important data on intelligence services allegedly participating in review and creating the evaluation of Russian interference of the intelligence community in the elections. The names include former National Intelligence Director James Clapper, former CIA director John Brennan and former FBI director James Comey.
Gabbard claims that these officials have worked on the creation of a politically motivated evaluation, which is to delegate the Trump Presidency before it was sworn.
Barack Obama hits back
Obama spokesman Patrick Rodenbush rejected the accusation as absurd.
“These bizarre accusations are a ridiculous and weak attempt to distract,” Rodenbush said in his statement. “Nothing in a document published last week does not meet the broadly accepted conclusion that Russia worked on influencing the presidential elections in 2016, but has successfully promised no votes.”
He added: “Out of respect for the Presidency, our office does not normally say constant nonsense and misinformation flowing out of this White House.
