“If they lack the will to perform a simple command to stop strikes, it may require a great effort to make Russia to implement a much larger will – peaceful coexistence with their neighbors for decades.”
7. Several higher European diplomats expressed concern about the summit result and said that Russian President Vladimir Putin seemed to appear as the main recipient.
