Police in the Maharaštra district Gadchiroli registered a case against former Deputy Chief Minister Bihar Tejashwi Yadav for tweaking the alleged inappropriate post about the premiere of Narendra Modim.
Milind Narote, BJP MLA of Gadchiroli, filed a complaint against the RJD leader, said a police officer on Friday, August 22, 2025.
The official said Mr. Narote claimed in his complaint that Mr. Yadav had published an undesirable comment against the Prime Minister X before his visit to the gay in Bihar.
The first information report (companies) was registered according to sections 196 (support for hostility between different groups), 356 (defamation), 352 (intentional insult with the intention of incalling peace) and 353 (statements that cause public misfortune) Bharatiya Nyaya Nyaya Sanhit.
