
Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT) will offer yoga training nearly 10 lakh people in the state as part of the ongoing “Yogandhra” program and International Yoga Day, which falls on June 21.
The university launched student yoga yoga in all RGUKT campuses in Andhra Pradesh as part of the community service. Directors of RK Valley, Nuzvid, Srikakulam and Ombole campus, administrative officers, deans of students of students, main guards, SAC program officers, yoga instructors and physical directors created groups of social media for better coordination between leadership and students.
“Rgukt has prepared a yoga protocol and shared it for students who were in their homes for summer holidays. Almost 20,000 university students will train nearly 10 lakh people around the state,” said RGUKT registrar Amarendra Kumar Sandra.
The university offers students yoga training in all campuses by appointing yoga instructors as part of the curriculum. “RGUKT students have won many prizes in national and national yoga competitions,” Hindu said on Monday. Students are advised to coordinate with the heads of schools in which they have previously studied for educational programs. Every student should train 50 people, he added.
After returning to their campuses, students must present five photos, with the date and place where the training took place as evidence, and photographs taken during the Yoga Day international program, along with a verification letter issued by the director or village Sarpanch, said Mr. Amandra Kumar, who is also Nuzvid Campus.
RGUKT Management will grant a certificate of participation, which will be considered a compulsory component of the curriculum, said the registrar.
