Main Minister Revanth Reddy at a meeting with the leadership of Marubeni Corporation in Tokyo, Japan on Thursday.
The new generation industrial industry will be developed on 600 acres in the future city of Hyderabad, with a proposed investment of 1,000 crore from Marubeni Corporation, leading Japanese industrial conglomerate with energy, real estate, industrial infra, metal, medical services and trading.
The industrial park will be dedicated to Japanese companies and other multinational companies to set up their production plants in Hyderabad and attract large investments over 5,000 crore.
The agreement was signed on the first day of visit to the delegation “Telanganarising” in Japan. The delegation is led by the main Minister A. Revanth Reddy, who also met representatives of the electronic giant Sony Corporation, in addition to the leading leadership Marubeni Corporation.
After discussions, Marubeni Corp expressed its interest in establishing the most modern industrial park of the new generation in the future city and both sides signed and exchanged a letter about the intention (LOI).
“The Marubeni Industrial Park will be among the first of its kind to be developed in the proposed” future city “. It is expected to create 30,000 direct and indirect jobs, enrich the living and strengthens the ecosystem of skills in Telangana,” said the main minister.
The Marubeni Industrial Park will focus on electronics, green pharmaceuticals, precise engineering, air and defensive sectors, which are largely harmonized to attract foreign investment in advanced production and create qualified job opportunities.
Promising personal support to ensure that Marubeni have experience with first -class experience with trade in Telangana, the main minister said: “We are pleased that Marubeni as a Marquee investor for the future city, the first Indian city is designed as a clean zero city.

Visit to Sony Corporation
