Revanth orders the officials to speed up the work at Warangal Super Specialty Hospital

Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has directed officials to speed up the construction of a super-specialty hospital in Warangal, while expressing displeasure over the slow pace of work despite funds being sanctioned through the green channel.

After reviewing the progress of the hospital on Monday, he asked the officials to ensure that the work continues uninterruptedly for the next 30 days. Officials from the chief minister’s office should visit the site regularly and check the progress, he said.

The Chief Minister directed the authorities to appoint special officers to monitor various components of the project and assign specific responsibilities to individual officers. He also instructed the Warangal District Collector to personally monitor the work in the hospital every day.

He directed the officials to make the Outpatient Clinic (OP) available as soon as possible. OP services should be organized on the lines of those at TIMS Hospital in Sanath Nagar, he said.

He directed that the staff hostels at Sanath Nagar TIMS be accommodated immediately. MP Vem Narender Reddy, senior officials Sridhar, Vikas Raj, Manick Raj, Christina Z. Chongthu, TK Sridevi and Warangal Collector Satyasharda Devi, Hanamkonda Collector Chahat Bajpai were among those present.
