“The thing is considering,” said another lawyer Chetan Sharma. The bench was also informed that the High Court in Allahabad, which was confiscated in a similar case, recently granted the Ministry for four weeks to approve it on the outcome of the proceedings.

In 2019, MHA issued a Gandhi announcement of his citizenship after receiving a complaint since Rajya Sabha MP Subramaanian Swamy.
The report did not even say that Swamy claimed that the company called Backops Limited was registered in the UK in 2003 and that Gandhi was one of its directors and secretaries.
Subramanian Swamy also said that the leader of Congress declared his nationality as the British in the UK.
