The petition also called on the jurisdiction of the three -member committee appointed by the Supreme Court to ask for an affair. He claims that the committee has no jurisdiction to investigate the incident. Responsibility falls to the police for effectively and meaningfully investigating the accusations, she said.
Mr. Nedumpara also asked the Supreme Court to look at the Constitutional Bench judgment of 1991 in the case of K. Veraraswami.
