Representative of Chief Minister Malla Bhatti Vikramark assured on Friday that the TELAngany government is committed to the well -being of female police officers and will act according to the recommendations made during the three -day National Conference held at the Academy of the State Police in Telangana. This was the first conference of police officers of Telangan officers.
A representative of cm at the valedictory meeting said that discrimination in obligations was inappropriate when recruiting itself is carried out without sex bias. He supported the proposal to remove the word “woman” from police designations and stated that women should be treated as well as all their obligations. He added that the requirements of the uniform and personal needs of female officers were practical requirements, not just a wish.
Mr. Vikramarka said that the government of the main Minister A. It is only possible for dedicated police officers who threaten their lives every day,” he said, appreciating Telangana for his first inclusion and order in the country.
A representative of CM urged higher officers to submit proposals not only about personal concerns, but also about the needs of departments such as office buildings, police stations and employees’ quarters. He said that a specialized system of young India was also introduced to support the education of police staff.
The special main secretary (home) Ravi Gupta appreciated the contribution of women officers across departments, including law and order, operation and news. Police CEO Jitender said that disciplinary measures have already been initiated against the staff found discrimination against women.
