Repeated sexual predator was supported by Swift by investigating the Jharsugud Police in Odisha within 55 days of registration of the complaint. Two smaller victims received cash compensation for the melody of 8 ₹ Lakh.
Other district and sessions of the judge-cum-corporate court under the POCSO Act (protection of children from sexual crimes), Puja Sarangi, convicted Ajit Nag, accused of sexual assault on an eleven-year-old boy on several occasions and gave strict imprisonment.
23 March, the woman filed a complaint at the police station in Brajarajnagar in the Jharsugud district that her eleven -year -old son was a violently separated place where he forced him to unnatural sex.
“When her son protested, Nag attacked him and threatened to strangle him to death. Her son returned home and told her suffering. The man had attacked his son several times in the past.
Nag was previously in prison in connection with the case of rape. “We used scientific investigation techniques, such as DNA analysis, to ensure belief in this sensational case. We also successfully ensured belief in the case of rape two smaller boys within 55 days of registration of the company,” said Mr. Parshottamdas.
“This case is a powerful example of what a proactive police can achieve, collecting scientific evidence and time -bound prosecution. He sends a strong and clear report,” he said, adding that the beliefs of repeated sexual predator not only strengthen public confidence in the court system in the court system.
