The Delhi High Court has granted interim reprieve to actor Rajpal Yadav in the check bounce case. He will remain out of custody until March 18, when the court is scheduled to hear the case again.
The court noted that ₹When considering the relief, 1.5 million crowns were deposited into the respondent’s bank account. He ordered suspension of the sentence on the condition that Yadav provide a personal bond ₹1 lakh along with one guarantee of the same amount.
