The General Inspector Bhisham Sharma, the Coast Guard region (West), reviewed the progress of measures taken to strengthen the coastal security during Monday’s visit to Thiruvananthapuram.
Coast Guard commander (Kerala and Mahe) DIP Ashish Mehrotra and station commander, Coast Guard station Vishinjam, commander Sreekumar G., reported an officer of the flag on ongoing cases of land acquisition and the construction of the Coast Guard Pier.
The flag officer was accompanied by his wife Anja Sharmou, the president, the western region of Tatrakshika.
