Schools and universities in Kodag will remain closed on Friday (July 18) after the forecast of heavy rains in the district.
Deputy Commissioner Venkataraja issued an order to announce holidays for schools, Anganwadi centers and PU universities, with IMD issuing a red warning and predicting heavy precipitation.
However, ITI tests will be carried out as planned, the deputy commissioner informed.
