
As part of the nationwide campaign to support the Indian government “Swasth Nai, Sashact Parivar Abhiyaan”, Narayan Health 11 786 free ECG projections for women in hospitals and medical centers in the country in the country.
The screening performed on the same day was aimed at raising awareness of the importance of early detection of cardiovascular disease in women. Cardiovascular disease is the main cause of death in women in India, which represents almost 18% of all female deaths, according to a study of global burden on the disease.
This record is more than three times more than a record last year a hospital with 3,797 ECG (performed for both men and women). The campaign led Narayan Health City, a Bengaluru, which performed more than 5,500 ECGs in a single day.
