The new system for booking online slots for registration of real estate documents in approximately 15 minutes was launched on Thursday (April 10, 2025) at 22 branches in the telangana sub -register (SRO). On the first day, 626 people reserved slots, said the income (registration and stamps) of the Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy.
There is 144 sro in the state. It was introduced at 22 SRO on a pilot project. The way forward would decide on how the system is expanding. The Minister ordered officials to extend awareness of facilities among people.
The possibility of booking slots was available in the category “Preliminary Registration (Reservation Slots for Pilot 22 SRO)”. There was also a user manual. The minister said that people can book a slot on the day and time of their comfort. Buyers, sellers and witnesses can all achieve time for this process. He said the system would end the influence of intermediaries.
