The Government of Karnataka, represented by the head of the lawyer PS Rajagopal at the High Court on Thursday, advocated the suspension of the act of Vikash Kumar as a result of the Stadium Stadium Stadium stadium, which was left by 11 people dead.
The bench of the High Court in Karnataka with the judges SG Pandit and TM Nadaf has heard an appeal that question the order of the central administrative tribunal (CAT), which canceled the suspension of the Vikash Kumar.
The suspension command was issued on June 5, the day after the age and around the Chinnaswama stadium for winning the Maiden IPL Trophy, which won the Chinnaswamy campaigns, gathered nearly 2.5 Lakh Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB). The incident left 11 dead and 56 injured.
‘RCB servants’ servants
Rajagopal said during the hearing of the Supreme Court,
“(When RCB filed a request for a winning show at the last minute) … as if they were RCB servants, (some police officers) began to take security measures without asking who gave the organizers permission to organize the event.
“The Commissioner will continue to do a bandobast (arrangement). They forgot one simple problem that it did not allow (such an event),” Rajagopal Bar and Bench quoted.
The Karnatak government argued that the police were suspended because “injustice” occurred.
“They failed to take steps to inform the public about security measures that they did not discuss this problem with a higher UP-up, caused embarrassment, did not take steps to systematically organize the event,” the government said.
“Police is not God”
Rajagopal, when reading the order of the central administrative tribunal (CAT), claimed that the police “had all powers to prevent (tragedy), which they did not do”.
The order of cats also stated that the police did not have time to organize a huge assembly. This considered the RCB responsible for “the huge crowds that appeared outside the stadium – that the police were unable to agree in a short time.
Rajagopal also read Cathho observation that the police were not “God or Bhagwan or a magician who has magic forces to control crowds in a short time,” Bar and Bench reported.
Rajagopal said that the state government had never asked the police to organize the event.
