
Royal Challengers Bengalur (RCB) announced on Saturday, May 17 at the M. Chinnaswamy stadium in Bengalur, returning the ticket for their washed accessories against Kolkata riders (KKR). The constant heavy rain did not allow a single ball to deposit throughout the accessories, which meant that the game to restore the Indian Premier League 2025 (IPL 2025) washed out.
Much to enjoy their fans, RCB announced a complete refund of tickets for the match. The fans who bought tickets will receive an online channel, get a refund back to their original source of payments within ten working days.
“Given that the game between RCB and KRK on May 17, 2025 was abandoned due to bad weather, all valid ticket holders are eligible for full replacement. Digital ticket holders will be released within 10 working days within 10 working days for their original accounts used to book tickets.”
On the other hand, fans who bought physical tickets through offline channels must submit their original tickets to the official source to claim a refund.
“If you do not receive a refund by May 31, please send e -mail to refund@ticketgenie.in with details of the reservation to escalate the matter. Physical Ackets Ackets is required to make their original official source from where they bought tickets.
Meanwhile, after the washed -out game, the points were shared between RCB and KKR. As a result, the Rajat Patidar party climbed to the top of the point table with 17 points out of 12 matches, while Kolkata was removed from the tournament. The party led by Ajinkya Rahane is on the seventh place on point tables with 12 points out of 13 matches. They became the fourth team that was eliminated from the tournament, The list joined Chennai Super Kings, Rajasthan Royals and Sunrisers Hyderabad.
