Minister of Mandipalli Ramprasad Reddy, who received petitions from the public on Sunday, in his residence in NordaGripalle in the district of Annamayya.
Minister of Transport, Youth and Sports Mandipalli Ramprasad Reddy said on Sunday that the election district of the Rayachoti Assembly in the district of Annamayya will get a facelift in the coming months and that there were many development activities in the pipeline.
Mr. Ramprasad Reddy said that at the event Praja Darbar was held in his residence in the coalition government in his residence in the coalition government.
The Minister said that the Rayachoti Region, which remained insufficiently developed under the YS Jagan Mohan Reddy regime and the previous congress government, has seen a significant improvement in infrastructure during 2024-25. This included the laying of cement roads, the installation of street lighting, an improved drainage system in urban and rural areas and a quick solution to the problem of drinking water in rural areas.
Minister Reddy further noted that new boreholes were dug and engines installed in vulnerable villages to ensure a constant supply of safe drinking water. More than 1,000 inhabitants in several villages overcame their long -term problems, he added.
Later the Minister received a petition from the public, which reached the event from the whole district.
