Sri City founder and CEO Ravindra Sannareddy has been appointed as the Chairman of the Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM) National Council for SEZs and Industrial Zones for the period 2026-27.
The appointment is aimed at bringing industry leaders and industry experts together to engage in policy dialogue and strengthen India’s SEZ ecosystem.
Former Noida SEZ Zonal Development Commissioner and former CEO Export Promotion Council for EOUs and SEZs, LB Singhal, shares the leadership team with Mr. Ravindra Sannareddy along with Centrum Legal Managing Partner and SEZ Law and Practice author, Hitender Mehta.
ASSOCHAM President Nirmal K. Minda, who announced the formation of the council, described the leadership team as capable of driving the SEZ industry body’s initiatives.
Mr. Sannareddy, who expressed happiness at assuming the new responsibility, termed it the right time to position and strengthen SEZs as the engines of ‘Viksit Bharat’.
