
Another judge of the districts and meetings (V) K. Neelim on Friday (July 25) condemned the sera of Krishna Kishhore (32), the second accused in a sensational case of rape from Tadepalli, 20 years of strict imprisonment and imposed a fine of 62,000 ₹.
The incident, which occurred near the then residence of the main minister, caused a widespread outrage across Andhra Pradesh.
According to prosecution, June 19, 2021, a nurse working at Vijayawada, returned home with her boyfriend after night shift. The duo stopped briefly at Seethanagara Ghats in Tadepalli. During the departure, Ramalingam Prasanna Reddy aka Venkat (still escape) and Kishna Kishhore were awarded.
The accusations reportedly confiscated their mobile phones, tied the victim of the victim through their duties and took it under the old railway bridge, where he raped it.
The victim filed a complaint at the Tadepalli police station at the same night. Krishna Kishhore was arrested on August 7, 2021 and confessed to a crime. He revealed that alienated phones were sold to Sheikh Habeeb, who was later appointed as the third accused, but died during the court.
The court ordered the victim to pay a fine, and ordered the district legal services body to ensure further compensation from the government of 1 lakh from the government.
