Chennai-with the seat of Ramco Cements, which looks at a significant share in the Construction Chemicals segment, was introduced by a new new product line worker. The range contains 20 specialized products that include tiles adhesives, waterproofing solutions, cardboard and mortar repair.
“The hard worker is already available in the southern and Eastern states. In the next two to three years, the hard worker will be the Pan-India brand and in four to five years it will help us achieve our 2,000 GBP Crore,” said Av Dharmakrishnan, CEO of Ramco cement limited.
To ask for investments that came to bringing a hard worker, he replied that 400 GBP was exhausted in the business.
The company uses its existing distribution network of cement and increases brand promotion to address new customers, he added.
The revenue from the Construction Chemicals Division Ramco Cement was 210 GBP Crore in FY2025 and the company said it intends to change up to 2,000 GBP in the next four to five years.
Abinav Raja, director of Ramco Group, said the packaging is characteristic because they were designed with inspired drawn directly from the market. M. Srinivasan, Executive Director-Operations, Ramco Cements, said the entire production was carried out internally, and this distinguishes the brand from other players in the field. “Today we launched 20 products and soon another 20 products will come,” he added.
Mr. Dharmakrishnan also stressed that a company that started with a 200 TPD unit has now become the fifth largest producer with a capacity of 24 million TPA. By March – June 2026, this capacity is expected to reach approximately 30 million tonnes.
The Indian building chemical market is on fast growth trajectory, which is expected to reach 40,000 crore by 2030, powered by rapid urbanization, expansion of infrastructure and increasing the demand for durable high -performance building materials.
