
On Sunday (April 6, 2025), the procession of SRI RAMA Navami Shobha Yatra in Hyderabad was in the middle of strict security and close coordination among more government authorities.
Police Commissioner Hyderabad City CV Anand watched throughout the day of arrangement, checked the entire procedural way, and coordinated with the Sri Ramanava Utsav committee to ensure early start of the event.

Mr. Anand supervised the situation using live shots of drones and CCTV cameras, handing over instructions to the field officers through the radio and WhatsApp canals. Along the way to supervision of security and logistics arrangements were also present higher officers including Vikram Singh Mann, another police commissioner (Law & Order) and Joel Davis, a joint police commissioner (operation).
It is estimated that 20,000 police workers have been deployed throughout the city as part of a parade security apparatus, which attracts thousands of devotees annually.
