At the television address shortly after midnight on Wednesday, Pakistani Minister of Information Attaullah Tarar said his country had “trusted intelligence” that India would perform a military action in the next 24 to 36 hours. A few hours later at a press conference, a Pakistani military spokesman, General Lieutenant Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, he said that the country’s reaction to any Indian aggression would be “appropriate and crucial”.
Furthermore, the CEOs of military operations in India and Pakistan spoke on Tuesday on a hot line to discuss the unprovoked violation of the ceasefire in Pakistan, the resources of defense on Wednesday said.
