The Minister reaffirmed the evolving attitude of India to national security and anti -terrorist terrorism and attributed the Prime Minister Narendra Modim to redefine the country’s political framework. “Any attack on Indian soil is no longer considered an isolated violent act – is considered a war act,” he said.
Referring to the recent terrorist attack of Pahalgam, which declared 26 civilian lives, Mr. Singh described the Sindoor operation as “the largest and most decisive actions against terrorism in Indian history”. Mr. Singh repeated the long -term attitude of India in dialogue with Pakistan and said, “Talks and terrorism cannot go hand in hand. If it is to be, they will focus only on terrorism and Pakistan occupied Kashmir.”
The Minister also mentioned previous Pakistan commitments, including one more than two decades ago during the former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayeee and promises to stop exporting terror. “Pakistan has been constantly cheating on us. During the visit, the Minister of Defense was accompanied by Governor Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Manoj Sinha, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, Chief of the General Staff of Ubendra Dwivedi and other higher officials.
