The Telangana Housing Board’s public auction of open plots in Lakshmiguda of Rajendranagar mandal attracted a maximum price of ₹ 51,000 per square yard on Wednesday (February 18, 2026). A total of 14 plots were auctioned, generating an income of ₹14.75 crore, said vice-chairman VP Gautham.
The land sale notice was issued on February 2 and the auction took place on Wednesday (February 18, 2026) – 49 people participated. An offset price of ₹ 32,000 per square yard was fixed. While the maximum bid was ₹51,000, the minimum bid was ₹32,000 and the average bid was ₹44,285, according to a press note.
