In the great development of Rajasthan High Court on Thursday, he canceled the recruitment process under the inspector (Si) 2021 after accusation of extensive paper leakage and secret agreement.
The High Court reserved a judgment on August 14 after hearing the arguments of all parties concerned.
The judgment caused sharp criticism from the opposition leaders who accused the BJP government led by the main Minister Bhajan Lal Sharmou of deceiving the youth and did not act in time.
13th August 2024 was filed at the High Court in Rajasthan several petitions requiring cancellation of recruitment.
During hearing, the state government explained that at this stage it did not intend to abolish recruitment, also supported by selected candidates who opposed the step.
The Congress of the Mile and the leader of the opposition in the rajasthan, Tika Jully, went to the state government led by BJP and claimed that they could not fulfill their promises.
“The government was unable to decide, made a young promise, made great accusations against congress, kept talking about catching big crocodiles, but none of it came. You should ask this government, why it promises fake promises?” Jully said.
Congress President Rajasthan Govind Singh Dotasar also criticized the state government and described the court’s decision as “slapped” administration.
“This is a slap on the face for the state government. For more than two years, this government, which was divided, could not make any decisions … Chief Minister of Rajasthan was unable to use his discretion, because when the chief minister was made, the condition was that he would not use his discretion and spoke only according to Delhi …” said Dotasar. ”
The recruitment process under the inspector 2021 was disrupted by the accusation of paper escapes, which were widely distributed on social media and platforms to send messages, which caused petition and public protests.
