On Thursday (August 28, 2025), the Rajasthan High Court abolished the dispute test of the recruitment inspector 2021 due to accusations of paper leakage and the involvement of Rajasthan Commission for Public Service (RPSC).
The Sameer Jain Jain canceled the 2021 exam, which was the bone of the BJP and Congress in the State and a detailed judgment.
“Illegality and fraud in the system were so striking. It is strange that the state government did not take action or any decision on this topic. The court decision hopefully discouraging gangs playing with the future of young people,” said lawyer Major RP Singh, who represented the petitioner.
Attorney Harendra Neel, who also represented the petitioner, said: “Five members of the RPSC were found. The Court took Suo Motu knowledge of the APR -related matters.
Another general advocate Vigian Shah, who represented the state, said: “SIT, registered FIRS, found that the then members of the APRC Babulal Katara, Rama Raika, were involved and in the process of recruitment were irregularities.
He said that the report of the State Government’s investigation team and its subcommittee of the cabinet believed whether other discrepancies were found in the recruitment test, then the exam could be canceled.
Minister of Cabinet in the State Government led by BJP, Dr. Kirodi Lal Meena, who has long defended to cancel the exam, said:
According to my information, there were more than 500 such candidates who passed the exam. If these people were listed on duty, imagine the situation of the law and order of the state.
It is assumed that the state government adopts legal opinion and decides on the future procedure. The government led by the BJP has stood up not to cancel the exam, although it is a political problem during the election to the Assembly of 2023.
In 2021, the RPSC advertised 859 contributions for the subordinate inspector and commander of the platoon.
The accusation of the paper leakage disrupted the exam and led the government to hand over the investigation to the Special Operations Group (SOG) Police in Rajasthan.
More than 50 sub-insectors of trainees have been arrested from other allegedly involved in paper leakage. In its report at the High Court, the subcommittee of the State Cabinet recommended not to cancel the exam in 2021.
