Rahul Gandhi will attend several events in Rae Bareli

Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi arrived in his parliamentary constituency Rae Bareli on Tuesday on a two-day visit during which he will attend several events. Mr. Gandhi should preside over the District Development Coordination and Monitoring Committee meeting. The Congress leader is scheduled to meet gold traders at Prabhu in the city and later meet Central Bar Association officials as well as delegations of sportsmen, doctors and chemists. On Wednesday, Mr. Gandhi will inaugurate development works completed at a cost of ₹ 3 crore from his MP Local Area Development Scheme funds. State Congress leaders welcomed Mr. Gandhi at the Lucknow airport when he was on his way to Rae Bareli from New Delhi.

The Congress said people welcomed Mr. Gandhi when he arrived in Rae Bareli. “Huge crowd, unwavering faith and immense love from loved ones. Today when ‘Jananayak’ Rahul ji set foot in the land of Raebareli, the entire city thronged to catch a glimpse of their beloved leader. Every road from the borders of Lahi, Maharajganj, Hardaspur to Gol Chowraha was waiting to welcome him with open arms Rahul elsewhere giving him the strength of the people. the courage to stand firm against every injustice This bond love for the land of Rae Bareli will remain unbroken,” the Congress posted on X.
