Singer R&B R. Kelly reportedly collapsed in his prison cell after receiving what his lawyer had described as a life -threatening overdose of drugs. The incident occurred when it was held in a lone prison in a federal prison in North Carolina.
According to the court documents acquired by Allhiphop, the 58 -year -old singer was moved to isolation of 10 June and two days later was given an excessive dose of the drug.
“They gave him a lot of medicine that could kill him,” said Kelly’s lawyer Beau B. Brindley. “This means that within two days of filing his proposal, Bureau of Ambusins officials managed a number of medicines that significantly exceeded the safe dose and caused overdose of Mr. Kelly and threatened his life.”
Emergency hospitalization and missed operation
In the morning after the adoption of Kelly, she reportedly fainted in her cell and was hurried to Duke University Hospital. There, doctors found blood clots in his feet and lungs and recommended immediate operation.
However, Brindley claims that prison officers forcibly remove their client from the hospital before the procedure.
“Officers with weapons came to the hospital room within an hour and removed Mr. Kelly,” Brindley said. “He was taken from the hospital against his will and against the directives of doctors. He was denied surgery that he had to clean in the lungs that threaten his life. It happened. This will be confirmed by hospital records. It is undeniable.”
Alleged murder and threat to Aryan Brotherhood
Kelly’s legal team filed an emergency proposal in Illinois on June 16 and sought his temporary release for home imprisonment. This means a third application.
The proposal refers to a signed statement from another prisoner, Mikeal Glenn Stine, who claims that prison staff and white Supremacist groups, including Aryan Brotherhood, were conspired to kill Kelly to suppress alleged misconduct during his prosecution.
After these statements appeared, Kelly was placed in a lone prison under allegedly inhuman conditions.
“He sleeps with spiders who crawl at him, do not have access to telephone calls and cannot eat food from the Commissioner,” Brindley said. Kelly reportedly left the days without food because of fear of poisoning.
The prosecutors reject the accusation
Federal prosecutors rejected the emergency proposal and called on the claims of the assassination of the assassination of “deeply unbelievable” and “disgusting”.
The court proceedings are scheduled for Friday (June 20).
Recall Trump for intervention
In the middle of legal failures, Kelly’s lawyers are now attracted to President Donald Trump for help. “We are dealing with several people near the White House and President Trump,” Kelly read the statement. “My client has no luxury to wait for the justification of courts that will be followed by exposure to corruption at the core of his prosecution.”

Serves a 30 -year -old sentence
R. Kelly, whose real name is Robert Sylvester Kelly, currently performs a 30 -year sentence for trading in blackmail and sex, along with a separate 20 -year -old sentence for belief in Chicago’s child pornography. His legal team continues to claim that his life is threatened in prison and that immediate intervention is necessary.
