“We will create an independent committee if it is entitled to some essence. Without sufficient evidence, it is inappropriate to compensate for such charges against a player or franchise. If no evidence is submitted, Madurai Panthers will face sanctions,” he added.
Prasanna also explained that TNPL allowed the use of towels provided by the league to dry the ball in front of the referees. This decision was taken with regard to the planning of the league, which coincides with the monsoon season in Tamil Nadu.
Ashwin shines with a bat
