
Main Minister Pinarayi Vijayan called on the government’s rapid decisions on Thursday to ensure the comprehensive development of the state.
Mr. Vijayan on Thursday addressed the regional level meeting on development projects in the Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam and Pathanamthitta districts. Real success, said Mr. Vijayan, lying completely to get rid of bureaucracy in administration.
The meeting attended by ministers, officials of the department, elected representatives and officials at the level of districts from three districts, examined problems and problems related to ongoing projects. It also examined overall progress in different industries. District collectors submitted 20 important questions from these three districts.
Main district
In the Thiruvananthapuram district, officials were instructed to speed up measures for breaking sandstones in Muthalapozhi for ensuring the safe passage of fishing vessels. A decision to accelerate the construction of apartments for rehabilitation of families included in the rehabilitation system Rajaji Nagar was adopted. The meeting was also taken decisions on road projects, including the outer circular road. A new project will be launched for the construction of high fences along Parvatha Puthanar to avoid illegal waste dumping.
The meeting reviewed the progress of various infrastructure projects, including road and bridge projects, in the Pathanamthitta district. At the meeting were discussed problems related to lack of space in the General Hospital in Adoor, the construction of the Taluk Hospital in the morning, the hospital in Nilack and the construction of the knowledge village in the morning.
Kollam projects
Mr. Vijayan ordered officials to speed up the land acquisition process adjacent to minerals and metals in the Chavar district in the Kollam district. The acquisitions of the Land for Jal Jeevan Mission (JM) Rural Home Connectivity, Construction and Reconstruction of various roads and school and university buildings in the Kollam district and the modernization of the Ksrtc Kollam warehouse were also discussed.
