The renowned fireworks Kundannur Suresh, 47, was found dead on Sunday in his residence.
Members of the family learned of death when they noticed that Suresh was missing from his bedroom in the morning and later found that he was hanging from the roof rule. Local people immediately alerted the police who completed the investigation and moved the body to the Thrissur Government Medical College Hospital for Mortem.
Suresh was the husband of Sheena, the first license for fireworks Thrissur Pupamam, who led the fireworks of Thiruvambady two years ago. He was also a younger brother of Kundannur Sundarakshan, who died a random explosion a few years ago during Thrissur Poomam.
