Hubballi-Dharwad Municipal Corporation Commissioner Rudresh Ghali and lead actor Misha Narang inaugurated the first ever PVR INOX PXL auditorium and seven-screen multiplex at Inorbit Mall in Hubballi on Sunday.
Addressing moviegoers, Misha Narag said that after Bengaluru, Hubballi has become the second city in the state to host the premium PVR INOX PXL format.
“Artists give their best in acting, but if the cinematic experience is not good, it will not reach the audience effectively,” she said.
Mr. Rudresh Ghali thanked the PVR Group for introducing the new facility to the people of Hubballi.
PVR Regional Director Rajendra Singh said the new facility is a result of the company’s aim to expand the PXL experience beyond Bengaluru.
The new format includes a seven-screen multiplex, a built-in audio system, 4K laser projection and a space designed for greater comfort, he said.
Kannada film Sarala Subbarao starring Misha Narang was screened as part of the inaugural event.
RCOO of PVR Stainless Steel R. Devarajan and Center Head, Inorbit Mall, Hubballi were present.
