Sri Bhramaramba Mallikarjuna Swamy temple priests performed ‘Purnahuthi’ and ‘Dwajavarohanam’ on the 10th day of Mahasivaratri Brahmotsavams at Srisailam on Tuesday (February 17, 2026).
Special pujas were performed at Yagashala and later Purnahuthi was performed by offering coconuts, new clothes and precious stones as a traditional practice. In the evening, Dwajavarohanam was performed followed by Sadasyam and Nagavalli.
The Brahmotsavam will conclude on Wednesday (February 18) with priests offering special pujas and rituals in the morning and processional deities taking a ride on the Aswa Vahanam. Pushpotsavam (flower offering) and Sayanotsavam will be performed at night.
