Demonstrations, some sporadic, others planned, Městské Street rocked the new WAQF legislation before the parliament. Given that several parties questioning changes in the WAQF law in the Supreme Court, protests are still planned, while the key public meetings under the auspices of All India Muslim Personal Law Board (Aimplb) are scheduled on Saturday in Darussalaam.
Campaigns of awareness are in full swing.
Meanwhile, several Masjids on Friday, either before or immediately after the choral prayers in the afternoon, reported the Congregants of the public protest meeting Aimplb.
Khateebs, who made the announcement, emphasized the importance of knowing how these amendments will probably affect the properties of WAQF, especially Masjids and cemeteries.
“As you know, the Government in Parliament has triggered a new WAQF. It becomes a necessity for us to know how it will affect us. In Darussalaam, there is a public meeting of all parties. Try to participate,” Khateeb of Masjid in Beagumpet said Congregants immediately after Friday’s completion.
Meanwhile, lawmakers, corporators, and other officials have been busy planning in the last five days and participate in the Masjid, Imams and Kheebs Managerial Committees to disseminate public meetings. In addition, the arrangements are in full swing in terms of public meetings, with specific tasks assigned to legislators and party officials in terms of crowd control, parking and other logistics aspects.
“We expect several thousand people to come. It has been explained that the public meetings of Aimplb are essential and all efforts are evolving to proof agreements.

Muslim Common Action Commission (JAC) with Tehreek Muslim office carrier Mushtaq Mallik and Majlis Bachao Tehreek former spokesman for corporate AMJEJ KHAN said that a massive protest march will be organized in Dharana Chowk.
Congress Head and member of the Legislative Council of Ali Khan in Idgah Bilali, also known as the hockey area, and recently organized a special additional congregation in Masab Tank in Idgah Bilali.
Meanwhile, a minor protest were organized in other parts of the city, including near the historic Mecca Masjid and neighborhoods like Kalapather.
