On Thursday (June 26, 2025), violence in the village of Dadarpur broke out under Bakewar Police Station Limits in the Etawah district, after several social organizations protested against the first information report (companies) against two Kathawacaks (religious narrators) under various parts of Bharatiya Nyaya Nyaya Nyaya Nyaya.
The companies call “bad” and “dangerous” and protesters demanded strict negotiations against those who were accused of alleged torture of these two religious narrators during a previously religious event. The protest became violent when the crowd tried to reach the Bakewar police station and allegedly lopped stones. The police resorted to a shot in the air to dispel agitators.
“In the case of a religious narrator, some organizations, such as Ahir Regiment and Yadava organizations, surrounded the Bakewar police station and demanded downloading the case against the narrators. The angry protesters created the hand.
He added: “Legal steps will be taken against those who take the law into their hands. It is ensured that the law and order are not disturbed anywhere.”
Kathawacak supporters accused the authorities of focusing on religious characters from the Yadav community and reportedly protected individuals from the upper castes involved in the incident.
The controversy began when four people were arrested for the alleged attack of two narrators – identified as Mani Yadav and his collaborator Sant Kumar Yadav – accused of keeping them in captivity, torturing them, forcibly sought their heads and sprinkle urine to “clean” them.
Subsequently, the fire -fighting was registered against two narrators according to Section 299 (acts committed with the intention of offending religious beliefs) and Section 318 (4) BNS (cheating), accusations of misleading people during religious events and hide their caste identity through counterfeit documentation.
The incident turned political with the President of the Party Samajwadi Akhilesh Yadav, who accused the state government led by BJP. “This is a well -planned conspiracy. But such incidents cannot be tolerated under any circumstances. If the government does not carry out fair investigation and behavior, we protest on the street,” Yadav said.
