Ingredients:
- 1 cup blended cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup chopped pickles
- 1 tbsp (or more) pickle juice
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 handful chopped fresh dill
- 3-4 chopped chives
- Sprinkle of ranch seasoning (contains salt)
- Pinch of salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 cup fried onions
Instructions:
- Mix the base: Combine the blended cottage cheese and Greek yogurt in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Add the flavor: Fold in chopped pickles, chives, dill, pickle juice, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
