
After a tip from Zananadi Seva Samsthe, a non -governmental organization based in Mysuru, Police Hubballi attacked a cottage on Friday and arrested five and saved five women.
According to the police commissioner N. Shashikumar, the air raid was carried out on the basis of information provided by NGOs and all rescued women involved in prostitution were natives from West Bengal.
The air raid was carried out in the Parijata stay in Hosuro in Hubball after a tip on the prostitution rocket by the founder of Zanadely, who was also present during the raid.
According to the police, boxes of condoms were found by the medical department of Tamil Nadu. On one of the toilets of Lodge there were secret door to hiding in the case of any raids.
The Police Commissioner gave the names arrested as Ganesh Honnegowda, 36 years, from the Hassan district, Bhaskar Naik, 39, from the district of Uttara Kannada, Mahehs Kuppelur, 30, from the Hrary district, Ravi S., 26, from Mysuru and Ravikumar K., 35 from the Tumacur district. Another accused identified as Harish is an escape.
