The acquisition of real estate proves to be the main roadblock for several development projects organized in front of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), including the very promoted Hyderabad City project Innovative and Transformation Infrastructure (H-CITI).
According to high -ranking sources, prices for the purchase of land for melody 760 crore waiting for lack of funds.
