On Monday, a promise was made to create the Chamarajanagar Child district on Monday.
The ceremonial ceremonies to take the promise took place in front of the District Administration building in Chamarajanagar, Taluk offices in various taluks, schools, universities, police station and gram Panchayats throughout the district.
The head of the civil judge Eshwara managed to promise against the marriage of children with officials collected in front of the District Administration building in Chamarajanagar.
Among the officials of the District Administration, Zilla Panchayat, Police Department, Karnataka State Commission for Protection of Children’s Rights, District Services Office, Women and District Development Development and District Protection of Children.
Representative of the Commissioner Shilpa Nag, who dealt with the Assembly, said he must take a promise to prevent child marriage with the real intention and determination.
She expressed concerns that a child marriage was still held from time to time in the district, emphasized the need for effective activities in awareness at the level of local conditions to eradicate the threat.
Mrs. Nag, who regretted that children’s marriage was still held in some parts of society, said the age of some girls coming to hospitals was found to be under 18 years of age.
She took a clinic that the girls were forced to fall out of school and married “security”.
“The pregnancy of a young age results in problems such as anemia and low -born children,” she said, adding that the district administration officials take strict measures against children’s marriage.
Last year, a total of 97 children’s marriage was successfully prevented thanks to the efforts of officials, the public and various organizations, she said.
She called on officials to make a goal by November 14 to become a district marriage without a marriage by November 14. “We all take a fixed determination to make our district marriage without a district child,” she said.
Member of the State Commission of Karnataka for the Protection of Children’s Rights also called on officials to remain strict, uncompromising and impartial in their efforts to end the marriage.
The CEO of Chamarajanagar Zilla Panchayat Mona Roat, police manager, chamarajanagar, BT Kavitha and other officials were present.
