A 34 -year -old professor of a private college was found on Monday.
The deceased was identified as Shreyas Tad, a native of West Bengal and the son of an IAS officer in retirement. He taught psychology at a private school and lived alone in a rented apartment.
According to the police, the incident appeared when home assistance went to work on Sunday and the door was locked from the inside.
When he thought he could sleep, she came back to come the next day. When there was no answer on Monday, she pointed out the owner of the apartment.
The owner of the apartment, along with the others after attempts to get the answer, forced the door to find a card that lies on the bed.
Police moved the body to a post mortem. The police took over the case of unnatural death and waits for a mortem report to find out the cause of death.
