The booth was formally opened by the CEO of Prison and Corrective Services, Telangana, Soumya Mishr. Jayashankar Bhupalpally Collector Rahul Sharma, a kick of Warangal Range M. Sampath and the central prisoner of Warangal Superintendent T. Kalasagar were also present.
Ecological products from prisoners, such as incense sticks made of used flowers collected from the Temple of Vemulawada Sri Rajeshwara, handmade soaps, woven products and traditional edges. Efforts are part of the initiative of the Ministry of “Waste for Wealth” to combine sustainability with rehabilitation.
