In the face of the acute shortage of employees, the department of healthcare has ordered all doctors and employees to a different department for more than five years to make immediate effect.
According to an order issued on Wednesday, all employees, including specialized doctors working on representation in other departments, including district hospitals and Medical College hospitals, organized by the Department of Medical Education for more than five years, would be reported immediately if the event started under the rules. The order was issued after mature negotiations at the highest level, the sources said.
Harsh Gupta, the main secretary (health and family care), said Hindu that there were 565 doctors, including experts, and a large number of other employees, including nurses and technicians working in other departments.
Over 10-15 years
“We noted that most of them were working in one place, especially in urban areas, for more than 10 to 15 years. We are now working on sub-optimal use of existing sources. These doctors have been sent when the scholarly hospitals were founded and now we can call,” said he said.
Mr. Gupta said that many are ready to work in positions under their experience, just to continue their stay in city hospitals. “If there is a need at all, we can redistribute existing sources fairly to ensure that others will also get a chance to work in urban areas,” he said.
Critical vacancies
The main secretary pointed out that it is necessary to experts in facilities operated by the medical department: “According to the rules, if the position of unoccupied specialty is more than 50%, such critical vacancies should be priority.
