APN Properties, a real estate developer based in Mysuru, has received the “best residential layout” by the National Real Estate Council (Nadedco) for the “Layout of Apn Hill View”, located near the picturesque foot of Chamundi.
The prize was awarded at the ceremony, which was recently held in Mysur. National President Nedco G. Haribaba awarded the AP Nagesh Award, APN Properties partner, and P. Nanjundaswamy recognized the development of residential layout. Panel of building engineering experts from Mysur before selecting the winner reviewed various layout projects in the region.
The event was attended by KM Munigopal Raju, CEO of Chamundeshwari Electricity Supply Corporation as the main guest.
Former chairman MUD and former MLC D. were present by Gowda, President of the NAREDCO MYSURU VC Ravikumar and other dignitaries and experts from the real estate industry and urban planning.
