
Prithvi Shaw revealed why he decided to leave Mumbai and ask for a certificate of objection (night) from Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) on Monday, June 23. On Monday there were reports that Shaw had asked for a night after a turbulent several years. Last year was a 25 -year -old man launched from Trophy Trophy in Mumbai with selectors citing fitness concerns. While he returned to the Syed Mushtaq Ali trophy team, he was a wedding for the Vijay Hazare trophy last season.
PTI acquired the content of Shaw’s letter MCA, where he began to thank the cricket body for the occasion and the unwavering support during his time in Mumbai. A 25 -year -old man said it was an honor and a privilege for him to be part of the MCA settings and be grateful for exposure and experience.
“I would like to use this opportunity sincerely thank the Association of Cricket Association Mumbai (MCA) for a valuable opportunity and unwavering support that has expanded to me during my time by the representative association.
“It is really the honor and privilege to be part of the MCA settings and I am deeply grateful for the exhibition and experience I have gained here,” he wrote in a letter.
Why Shaw decided to leave Mumbai
The 25 -year -old said he was introduced to him the opportunity to play under another state association and felt that it would contribute to its growth and development as crickets and wanted the night to finish the switch.
“At this intersection in my career, I was presented to me a promising opportunity to play a professional cricket under another state association, which I believe will also contribute to my growth and development as cricket.
“With this in mind, I kindly ask you to give me a certificate without objections (night), which allows me to officially represent the new state association in the upcoming home season,” he said.
“I am still grateful to the Association for the management and platform provided over the years.”
Shaw played 58 first -class matches, while playing under the Bombai banner and scored 4556 runs.
