The report continued: “Our prayers and the deepest sympathy are with all those who have been affected, and my special gratitude goes to the first respondents, staff staff and other individuals to help the injured.”
Prime Minister Keir Starmer added his support and said, “Liverpool stands together and the whole country stands with them.”
The police arrested a 53 -year -old man for suspicion of attempted murder, dangerous driving and driving while caused by drugs. The investigation continues and the authorities urge anyone who has shots or information to sign up.
